If you are reading this—thank you. Thank you for your comments. Your encouragement. Your emails. Your support. Your prayers for Joey. Your friendship.
Thank you for giving me a voice. A place to finally be a writer. Instead of sitting around and trying to dream of an entire novel to put together, you allow me to write a little bit, chapter by chapter, thought by thought.
To celebrate this first week of blogging, I’m having Cowgirl Up’s first contest.
Enter for a chance to win a $20 Starbucks Gift Card.
- Just leave a comment on this post and tell me why you love coffee.
- Deadline to enter is Thursday, March 31st at 8 pm ET.
- One winner will be selected at random and announced sometime later this week.
This could be yours! Thank you for following my blog! |
I have a 3 1/2 week old baby who was in the NICU for 3 weeks. Therefore, even more than most babies, she has some... not night-day confusion, just NO concept. I love/need coffee!
ReplyDeleteWe love you Jen and are praying for Joey to get feeling better! I can't say that I love coffee, but I have a big sis who lives off Starbucks and so in a way I love Starbucks (for her sanity).
ReplyDeleteWe prayed for Joey today at school.(St. Matthew) Hopefully, those voices will lift him up to recovery very quickly!
ReplyDeleteOh- and I love coffee because I ran out of concealer this morning. Yep. Ran out. But I did not run out of coffee. Made it like jet fuel to hide the dark circles....
I LOVE coffee! For me coffee is an escape of sorts. It is a comforting routine that started after I had my children. It is something just for me that I don't have to share with anyone. Even something as simple as taking a shower isn't necesarily a 'private' matter, but I have made sure that coffee is and always will be just mine : )
ReplyDeleteThree things I love about java... 1) it's something my hubby makes for me every morning and I swear it taste better because he makes it! 2) it's a great way to catch up/bond with girlfriends and 3) well it's my morning wine! Nough said!
ReplyDeleteI am not a coffee drinker, but my husband is, and if I want any peace around here- he BETTER have coffee! LOL I love the smell of the coffee in the package, but once it is brewed I've lost all interest. LOL
ReplyDeleteSometimes I set my alarm and wake up a half- hour before anyone else because it's my only time to have one cup of hot, steamy coffee all by myself before the day of chaos begins. I
